1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and certificates (if any).

Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7β10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@jilangold.com within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
